On Friday, March 5, at 13:30, Norman Meuschke will defend his doctoral thesis "Analyzing Non-Textual Content Elements to Detect Academic Plagiarism", aiming to obtain the degree Doctor of Engineering Sciences (Dr.-Ing.).
There will be a talk of about 40 minutes on the topic, followed by a thorough examination. While the defense is a public event to which all university members are invited, the right to ask questions is limited to the Doctoral Committee (Promotionsausschuss). Although, the general audience is typically granted the opportunity to ask questions, too.
